I had a wonderful experience with Aliso Viejo Florist. I got a get well bouquet for a friend in the hospital. They made it fresh while I was there. It lasted for 3 weeks.
They were friendly and accommodating. The price was right. I will return, and I will tell others of my experience.
Overall rating 5 flowers. Delivery. I waited as they made it
Customer Service 5 flowers. Quality/Fressmess 5 flowers.
The price was great. 5 flowers.

Bloomstoday- HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!!
1-06-2010 I decided to try a different Online Florist. I was originally drawn in by their ad promising 50% off orders today!

After entering all data, I learned that the 50% off was only if you joined their membership (no benefits) @ $10 / month.
I declined that, but since they promised same day delivery, I proceeded to order a floral delivery online and confirmed via telephone representative prior to finalization. I paid an $14.95 process fee plus an expedited fee $5.95 and was assured the delivery would get there same day. About 3 pm, I received a call from Ashley at Bloomstoday informing me that the local florist that they placed the order with, had decided to decline delivery that day and wanted to know if it was ok to deliver the next day.

I told Ashley that it was not, and how upset I was that they waited until 3 pm to let me know, as now it was too late to choose a competitor. She said, too bad, but I can give you a refund (which will be applied in 5-7 days). I asked to speak to a supervisor, she said there was not one available, but that she would leave a message to have one call. When no one called I called back, spoke to Lorraine, who stated she could connect me with the escalation department. When someone finally answered, it was Ashley again.

Next day, still no call from a supervisor, I called them they and spoke to Patricia, she offered nothing to make up for the failed service or to keep my business, but finally stated that she could see about $15 off the flowers (about 25% off). After leaving me on hold, she came back and stated that sorry she could only offer about half of that, at that point I said forget it!

These guys do not deserve to be in business- NO Clue!

Don’t bother!
I would give them a ZERO if it was possible.

Rosies and Posies Campbell is a well established and well-known Retail Florist in the San Jose, Bay Area and provides excellent service. Known for their reliability and fresh flowers, they should definitely be on your top Florist list.
I love Rosies & Posies!!! My experience there was simply perfect…I loved how professional and courteous the team was and their efforts truly made my wedding dreams come true. I had heard some horror stories about florists being late to weddings and last minute difficulties when it came to wedding flowers, but Rosies & Posies Campbell had my wedding completely under control. They were on time and the flowers were exactly the way I imagined them to be.
I have referred all my friends to their website for all their floral and gift needs.
